Customer Service FTW: When This Woman Complained On Twitter About Her Keurig Not Working, Keurig Beheaded Their CEO

Now THIS is what customer service looks like.

When Paula Wesley realized her Keurig coffeemaker wasnt functioning correctly, she tweeted her frustrations at the company, not really expecting much to come of it. But much to Paulas surprise, her complaint didnt fall on deaf ears, and Keurig responded almost immediately by beheading their CEO.

Wow! Props to Keurig for taking customer satisfaction so seriously!

Paula didnt even have to make much of a fuss to get Keurig to address her complaint. All she did was send off this one little tweet:

And minutes later Keurig replied with this:

And they even followed up later on:

So cool. Most companies dont even get around to responding to customer complaints, so its really nice to see Keurig drop everything and chop off the head of their CEO immediately after finding out that someone has run into a problem with one of their products. Way to go, Keurig!
